Adria Airways introduces its flights to Warsaw in April 2014

Adria Airways, the airline of Slovenia, is going to reintroduce its scheduled flights between Ljubljana and Warsaw.

Adria will be operating this route in cooperation with LOT Polish Airlines with flights three times a week: on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Adria's Tuesday and Wednesday departures from Ljubljana will be at 8:45 am. The flights will arrive in Warsaw at 10:30, followed by a return flight to Ljubljana at 11:05 am and arrival at Ljubljana Airport at 12:45. On Thursdays Adria will fly to Warsaw at 18:05 pm, arriving at 19:50. Departure from Warsaw will be at 20:20 pm with arrival in Ljubljana at 22:00.

Adria Airways and LOT Polish Airlines signed a code sharing agreement in March 2004. Beginning on 1 May 2004 the two airlines established daily connections between Ljubljana and Warsaw via Vienna. The direct route between Ljubljana and Warsaw has further strengthened cooperation between the two airlines as well as offering passengers access to LOT's extensive network and access to Adria's network for Polish passengers, especially to destinations in southeast Europe.

The lowest-priced return fare between Ljubljana and Warsaw is €139 including all taxes and charges.

This new direct flight will significantly reduce travel time between these two capital cities, which is particularly important for business travellers.
